Our philosophy is to
provide service to the disabled challenged individual that
is above and beyond what is expected. We are dedicated to
treating each individual with the highest respect and
dignity, while recognizing that each person presents with
their own strengths and needs. We encourage each individual
and /or their representative to take art in the decision
making process of their care if possible.
We are committed to
providing excellent care in an environment which fosters
feelings of belongings, and love to the individual, while
giving competent care that is individualized and performed
by experienced people in such a manner which enhances the
individuals well being.
We are dedicated to
follow all rules and regulations as set forth by the state
of Maryland and DDA regulations and to keep abreast of all
changes as they occur.
We encouraged the
sprit of teamwork, ongoing education, open communication,
client advocacy, family and community involvement and
believe that collectively we can make a difference in the
